Giving Opportunities

Giving to the Mechanical Engineering department is now easier than ever. The Texas A&M Foundation has recently opened its GiveNow secure online giving website, and it is available to use for direct contributions to the Mechanical Engineering Department.

Mechanical Engineering currently has five giving opportunities. Please make a selection from the choices presented:

Mechanical Engineering Excellence Fund: This account enables the department head to enhance the mission of the department. This includes professional development for faculty, staff, students; student organization support; development activities; award recognition; and banquets and receptions for faculty, staff, and students.

Mechanical Engineering Undergraduate Lab Imprevement Fund: This fund is used for the undergraduate computer laboratory. It helps to keep the laboratory up-to-date on computer hardware and software. It also purchases supplies such as paper and printer supplies.

Mechanical Engineering Scholarship Fund: Your gift will provide scholarships to students pursuing degrees in mechanical engineering.

Tim Kerlee, Jr. Memorial Endowed Scholarship Fund in Mechanical Engineering: In honor of Bonfire victim Timothy Doran Kerlee Jr., this endowed scholarship goes to recipients holding freshman classification and who demonstrate good leadership skills.

Mechanical Engineering Advisory Council Scholarship: This account will provide one or more scholarships to full-time students in good standing pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University in College Station, TX.
